Graduation Stole with Text Only

 🎓 Welcome Late 2024 Grads and the Class of 2025!
Are you graduating soon, or know someone who is? Personalize a one of a kind graduation stole! I sell out every March, so be sure to order early! Even after graduation, these make wonderful keepsakes. Last year I cutoff all custom graduation stoles on April 1st, and was booked with orders from April-July.

Custom graduation stoles are made from a nice silky satin material. Each stole is 72” long in total length. Each side is 36” long. These are made using an ink transfer. Gold and silver colors wanted will be created from printable CMYK colors. Embroidery, 3D options, and glitter borders (or any borders) are not available at this time.

🎓 Turnaround Time
If ordering in August-October: 3 weeks - 2 months turnaround time
If ordering November-December: 1-2.5 months turnaround time
If ordering January-April: 1.5-3 month turnaround time, ORDER EARLY!!

After the New Year, turnaround times may jump to 3 months with high ordering demand. Please expect your draft to be sent roughly 1-1.5 months after you’ve ordered. By purchasing, you are agreeing to this turnaround time. If you need a rush order, please email us BEFORE ordering!

🎓 What’s the process?
Once ordered, a draft of the stole will be sent via email or text roughly 1-1.5 months after you ordered. You will have a chance to make any revisions, as wanted. ANYTHING ADDED AFTER THE DRAFT IS COMPLETE WILL BE CHARGED! Pictures must be submitted upon ordering. STC does not allow for pictures to be submitted at a later date. Pictures are not to be switched out for new pictures after ordering. Price will be $10/picture change after the draft has been completed. Once the draft is accepted, no further revisions can be made. The stole will be made exactly as the draft is presented and accepted. STC is not responsible for any typos or errors after the final draft is accepted. Making the stole takes about two weeks and free 3/5 business days shipping comes after production of the stole. If the draft has not been reviewed within 24 hours, subject to delay turnaround time. If the draft is not reviewed within 36 hours, STC has the right to either cancel or go ahead and create the order as the initial draft that was sent. The watermarks on the draft will NOT appear on the final product.

🎯 Price Increase
STC may increase prices after the New Year. Prices are always subject to change. Graduation packs are typically only offered during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and 12 Days of Christmas Sales. Graduation packs are not offered after the New Year (January-October).

🎓 Design and Final Product Disclosure
Overall photo quality will appear in the final design. If you submit low quality photos, I do my best to keep them smaller on the stole design, as the quality will be reflected when printed and pressed. If low quality photos are submitted, the editing process won't be as clean as higher quality photos. Due to high ordering demand, STC does not typically review photos before the draft process. Neck designs, behind the person's shoulders, are not possible. Please note that I am a small business making the stoles by hand, minor imperfections may be present, especially in the neck area (behind the head)! No back designs are offered for custom grad stoles at this time. Each stole will have certain areas where there are small and unnoticeable "holes" in the seam. This is normal and how the stoles are sewn together. Iron the stole on Silk/Low setting on graduation day! The stole will most likely arrive with small kinks to iron out.

🎯 The color RED
Due to the process of ink dyeing the stole, the color red is the hardest color to duplicate. Keep in mind color theory when wanting the color red on the stole. For example, if you mix red in the design with the colors yellow, orange or white, the red will always give a more orangey look. I highly recommend not using the color red at the top of the stole if the Grad will be wearing a red gown, as it's really hard to match the exact same red color. This information doesn't typically apply to the color maroon nor other colors.
