What are the ordering cutoff dates for the Class of 2026?
Cutoff dates are announced based on graduation month and current order volume.
For April graduates, all orders must be placed by Friday, March 13th.
Cutoff dates for May and June graduates will be announced soon as ordering demand increases. These dates are determined by production capacity and may close earlier than expected once volume reaches its limit. In the past, all custom stole ordering has been cutoff on April 1st.

How do I order a custom Graduation Stole?

Each product listing includes full details about what’s included, personalization instructions, and shipping information. Please read the description carefully before placing your order to ensure everything is submitted correctly.
When adding a custom stole to your cart, you’ll enter all custom information directly in the provided fields, including names, school details, colors, and photo uploads.
When should I order a custom Graduation Stole?
As early as possible.
Graduation season fills up quickly, and turnaround times increase as demand rises. Ordering early guarantees your spot in production and helps avoid last-minute stress.
Current estimated turnaround times:
- August-October: 3 weeks to 2 months
- November-December: 1 to 2.5 months
- January-April: 1.5 to 3 months — ORDER EARLY
Important: Cutoff dates for graduation season are announced on my social media pages. Please be sure to follow along and stay updated, especially as we get closer to peak season. Orders are typically stopped/sold out sometime in March or April. I don't typically take orders from April-July.
How much are custom Graduation Stoles?
Pricing is based on the number of photos you would like to include on your stole. There are custom grad stole options ranging from 1 picture added to 6 pictures added.
Each photo tier has its own set price. If you would like to include more than 6 photos, additional images are $10 per photo.
If you prefer a design without photos, I offer a text-only stole option, which includes custom wording, school details, colors, and design elements.

Can I see a draft before the stole is made and make changes?
Absolutely! You will have a chance to make any revisions, as wanted. My goal is to make your vision come to life.
Pictures are not to be switched out for new pictures after ordering. Price will be $10/picture change after the draft has been completed. ANYTHING ADDED AFTER THE DRAFT IS COMPLETE WILL BE CHARGED!
What's the process for ordering a custom Graduation Stole?
Once ordered, a draft of the stole will be sent via email or text roughly 1-1.5 months after you ordered.
You will have a chance to make any revisions, as wanted. ANYTHING ADDED AFTER THE DRAFT IS COMPLETE WILL BE CHARGED! Pictures must be submitted upon ordering. STC does not allow for pictures to be submitted at a later date. Pictures are not to be switched out for new pictures after ordering. Price will be $10/picture change after the draft has been completed.
Once the draft is accepted, no further revisions can be made. The stole will be made exactly as the draft is presented and accepted. STC is not responsible for any typos or errors after the final draft is accepted. Making the stole takes about two weeks and free 3/5 business days shipping comes after production of the stole.
If the draft has not been reviewed within 48 hours, subject to delay turnaround time. If the draft is not reviewed within 72 hours, STC has the right to either cancel or go ahead and create the order as the initial draft that was sent. The watermarks on the draft will NOT appear on the final product.
Do I have to submit all information when buying a Graduation Stole?
Yes! All required information must be entered at the time of ordering, including pictures. Orders submitted without complete details will most likely be cancelled.
What's the turnaround time for custom Graduation Stoles?
If ordering in August-October: 3 weeks - 2 months turnaround time
If ordering November-December: 1-2.5 months turnaround time
If ordering January-April: 1.5-3 month turnaround time, ORDER EARLY!!
After the New Year, turnaround times may jump to 3 months with high ordering demand. Please expect your draft to be sent roughly 1-1.5 months after you’ve ordered. By purchasing, you are agreeing to this turnaround time. If you need a rush order, please email us BEFORE ordering!
Do you offer Graduation Packs?
Grad Packs are only offered during the 12 Day of Christmas Deals and are not offered after the New Year. Every item in the graduation collection can be purchased individually.

Where do you ship?
We ship all over the USA! This includes Hawaii, California, Florida, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. Please expect a longer shipping period if outside of the continental USA. Shipping is from Minnesota.
For outside of the USA, depending on the item, shipping runs around $45+ and can take up to 4 weeks. Please contact us with your zip code if you would like a quote on shipping outside of the USA.
