Made-to-Order Products:
The majority of our products are made to order. Once you have completed the checkout process, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

Draft Process:
For most custom orders, we will send you a draft before finalizing the product to ensure accuracy. Please review the item description to ensure if you will receive a draft before completing the product. We require reviewing and approving the draft to avoid any dissatisfaction. We kindly request that you respond to the draft within 24 hours to maintain timely order completion. In situations where we cannot reach you within 36 hours of sending the initial draft, STC reserves the right to proceed with the order based on the initial draft.

Order Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.

Typos or Sizing Errors:
After you have accepted the draft, any typos or sizing errors will be the responsibility of the buyer. We kindly ask you to carefully review the drafts and provide accurate information to avoid such issues. Any corrections or replacements will be at the cost of the buyer.

Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs, including returns and exchanges, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If free shipping is offered, please review the item description.

Damaged Orders:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email at within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to resolve the matter promptly, to your satisfaction.
