Shipping policy

We kindly ask for your patience as we carefully craft your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped, following its completion. The turnaround time (TAT), specific to each product, will be clearly mentioned in the product description. It's important to differentiate between TAT and shipping time – TAT refers to the time required to complete the item, while shipping time indicates the duration until you receive the item after it has been completed.

Custom Orders and Timeframes:
For custom orders, the time required for completion can range from 5 days to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the request. We understand the anticipation that comes with personalized creations, and we aim to keep you informed. Our item descriptions are regularly updated with current turnaround times, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Tracking and Delivery:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to monitor the progress of your order through the shipping carrier's portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.

Responsibility for Delivery:
Once an order has been processed by the shipping carrier, any delivery-related issues are beyond the control of Spoil Them Creatively. In the event that your order is marked as "delivered" but not received, please reach out to the carrier directly to address the matter. Sometimes, packages are mistakenly marked as delivered and may arrive the following day or shortly after. If an order is returned due to the shipping carrier's error, we will resend the package after confirming your shipping address. However, if the order is returned multiple times, it will be the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs.

Address Accuracy and Returns:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check the shipping address provided during checkout. If an incorrect shipping address is entered without timely notification, resulting in a returned package, the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees and any necessary order remakes.

Rush Orders and Draft Approvals:

Should you require a rushed order, please contact us via email to further discuss before placing your order. Please note that a rush order fee may be apply. For custom orders, drafts are often sent to ensure correctness before finalizing the products. We kindly request that you respond to the draft within 24 hours to maintain timely order completion. In situations where we cannot reach you within 36 hours of sending the initial draft, STC reserves the right to proceed with the order based on the initial draft.

Resolving Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Where We Ship To:
We ship all over the USA! This includes Hawaii, California, Florida, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. Please expect a longer shipping period if outside of the continental USA. Shipping is from Minnesota. Please contact us with your zip code if you would like a quote on shipping outside of the USA.
