🎓 Turnaround Time
1-4 weeks turnaround time outside of graduation season. ORDER EARLY!! During the months of March - June, turnaround times may jump to 1-2 months. Please expect your draft to be sent roughly 1-3 weeks after you’ve ordered. By purchasing, you are agreeing to this turnaround time. If you need a rush order, please email us BEFORE ordering!

🎓 What’s the process?
Once ordered, a draft of the pillow will be sent via email or text roughly two weeks after you ordered. You will have a chance to make any revisions, as wanted. Pictures are not to be switched out for new pictures after ordering. Once the draft is accepted, no further revisions can be made. The pillow will be made exactly as the draft is presented and accepted. STC is not responsible for any typos or errors after the final draft is accepted. Making the pillow takes about four days and free 5-7 day shipping comes after production of the pillow. If the draft has not been reviewed within 24 hours, subject to delay turnaround time. If the draft is not reviewed within 36 hours, STC has the right to either cancel or go ahead and create the order as the initial draft that was sent.

We ship all over the USA! This includes Hawaii, California, Florida, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. Please expect a longer shipping period if outside of the continental USA. Shipping is from Minnesota. Please contact us with your zip code if you would like a quote on shipping outside of the USA.
